• Retainer Required: A 50% non-refundable retainer secures your date and time.

• Final Payment: The remaining balance is due on or before your shoot day.

• Payment Methods: We accept cash, Venmo, Zelle, and major credit cards.

Rescheduling & Cancellations

• Notice Period: Please provide at least 48 hours' notice to reschedule your session.

• Retainer Transfer: Your retainer moves to the new date if rescheduled within 48 hours.

• Late Cancellations: Cancellations under 48 hours forfeit the retainer.

• Weather Policy: Inclement weather decisions are made by the photographer; no fees apply for weather delays.
